Stephanie Kidder is rooted in the Tucson community receiving diplomas and degrees from Amphitheater High School, Pima Community College, and the University of Arizona. She was formerly a teacher and basketball coach in the Flowing Wells School District and an assistant women’s basketball coach at Pima Community College. She also conducted federal background investigations for eight years. In 2015, Stephanie changed careers and joined New York Life and quickly become one of the top financial services professionals in the Tucson General Office. In 2018, Stephanie and Guy created their own firm – Empower Financial Group LLC – to bring additional levels of expertise to their clients. They specialize in retirement income strategies, tax diversification strategies, and financial literacy. Stephanie has been an annual Council and MDRT qualifier.
It is her mission to provide quality education and planning strategies to help elevate the financial literacy in the Tucson community and empower individuals, families, and small business owners to make informed financial decisions for themselves. Stephanie is married to her spouse Kristin, and they have a dog named Willow. In her spare time, Stephanie likes to play golf, mountain bike, camp and hike.
